ENERGY IMPROVEMENT AND EXTENSION ACT OF 2008
Signed into law by the President, House and Congress
on October the third of 2008
The Renewable Energy Credit (also known as the Production Tax Credit) has been extended for one year and will now expire January 1, 2010.
The New Clean Renewable Energy Bond has a limitation of $800,000,000 and will expire on December 31, 2009.
